• Pay the order amount to the courier or at the branch using cash or a bank card.

Please note: The carrier ("Nova Poshta") charges an additional service fee for money transfers (typically 2% of the order value + 20 UAH).

Returns & Exchanges

General Terms

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights," you have the right to exchange or return a product of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

An exchange or return is possible only if:

• The product’s appearance and consumer properties are preserved.

• The integrity of the original packaging is not damaged (no tears, markings, or signs of opening).

• You have the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) issued with the product.

Important Notice (Medical Supplies Specifics)

Please be advised that according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, certain categories of goods of proper quality are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Sanitary and hygiene items.

• Medicinal products and medical devices (in sealed packaging).

• Gloves, masks, and other consumables if the factory seal or packaging has been breached.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to inspect the integrity of the packaging and verify that the items match your order immediately upon receipt at the courier's branch.

How to Process a Return

2. Ship the Item: Returns are typically handled via "Nova Poshta." Shipping costs are covered by the customer (except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors made by the store).

3. Refund: Once our specialists verify the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the item, the refund will be processed to your bank card within 1–3 business days.

Why Must the Packaging Remain Intact?

Dental materials (gloves, cotton rolls, bibs, endodontic instruments) require strict storage conditions and hygiene standards. Damaged packaging renders these items unfit for medical use; therefore, we cannot accept such products back into our inventory.
